However, it also has strong OB flavor.(See The OB in Action features in every chapter). There is an emphasis on management as cross-functional in nature. Each chapter ends with brief cases on Diversity, Entrepreneurship, and Strategy. There is a running case called The Business Team, Inc. in which several recent college graduates (with business degrees in Finance, Marketing, Management, etc.) wrestle with a business challenge.
